There will be some tests run when necessary, especially to monitor aspects like Diabetes or assess the Gut Microbiome. There will also be some supplementations recommended. While I value and encourage accurate testing, I view the body from a three-dimensional perspective: Physical, Emotional, and Energy.
We are designed to function optimally, and we have the ability to achieve balanced Health.
I wrote this book in hopes of helping people view their health from the right perspective, one that has aided me in addressing various health conditions, including Diabetes and heart issues, for which there were no true solutions. By understanding the gut microbiome and hormones, I believe we can unlock better health outcomes.
